We vacuum-pack your rice for initial freshness and ship it in a traditional gunny bag. For optimal long-term storage once it's opened, transfer the rice to an airtight container and keep it in a cool, dry place. To naturally help prevent infestation, try adding a few cloves, bay leaves, or dried red chilies. Due to its chemical -free nature, bugs may appear in rice stored for a long time. If you see any, a short drying period in the sun (1 hour) or shade (2 hours) will effectively remove them.

Pre soak: 2 hours prior to cooking
Method: Open Vessel
Measurement: 1 cup rice: 4 - 5 cups water

1. Add the washed rice after the water boils.
2. Drain excess water once cooked.

Note:For those cooking these rice varieties for the first time we recommend open vessel method. Please adjust water ratio depending on your preference of rice texture.
