Deepshi and Swetha
Two sisters connected by the love for South Indian flavours, we created Elai Platter to share authentic heirloom recipes, honour the women who preserve them and support our local farming community. From our homesick calls over Podi Idli and Filter Coffee to bringing the true taste of Tamil cuisine to you, this is our labour of love, packed with tradition and care.
